Hematology Oncology Locums Physician, Wisconsin, License Sponsored

Full-time Hematology-Oncology assignment in Wisconsin with license sponsorship, light call, and long-term potential.

Highlights

  • Wisconsin license sponsorship available
  • Long-term need; full-time blocks still open
  • Temps available; credentialing in 60 days for clean files

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient and outpatient mix; coverage at two locations
  • Sites 30 minutes apart; alternating daily
  • Support from RNs, MAs, and APPs

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Call only 2 non-consecutive weeks per month; mostly phone-based
  • Coverage needed ASAP; ongoing assignment

Cases and Procedures

  • General Hem/Onc including transplant management and tumor boards
  • Optional bone marrow biopsies
  • Use Intellidose TxM for chemotherapy orders

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications
  • Open to providers without current Wisconsin license

Travel Accommodations

  • Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
  • Closest airport: Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA)
