SAP Project Manager

We are currently assembling a high-performing team of Bilingual SAP Consultants and a Project Manager (JP/EN) to support an exciting multi-site SAP transformation initiative within the manufacturing sector. This program involves close collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders across Japan.
As the SAP Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering end-to-end transformation success across multiple sites. Youll manage planning, risk & execution, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning, RAID management and delivery governance
- Oversee vendor/SI performance ensuring on-time and quality deliverables
- Drive site readiness, go-live and hypercare activities
- Coordinate closely with business and IT teams across Japan
- Support change enablement, including stakeholder engagement, floor-level coaching, SOP/training alignment and feedback loop establishment
- Proven track record as an SAP Project Manager in large-scale or multi-site deployments
- Strong experience within manufacturing environments
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (business level or higher)
- Hands?on understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, WM, PPDS or DMC is advantageous
