Technical Support Specialist

In this role, youll be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing timely troubleshooting and solutions that keep our systems and our clients running smoothly.This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and working with technology in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Escalate complex problems to higher-level technical teams when necessary.Track, document, and resolve support tickets efficiently and accurately.Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear communication throughout the process.Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and contribute to support documentation.Collaborate with IT and product teams to identify recurring issues and improve processes.QualificationsAssociates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).13 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role preferred.Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL) are a bonus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities.Supportive, collaborative, and tech-driven work culture.Opportunities for career growth within IT and customer experience teams.How to ApplyTo apply, please submit your resume and a short cover letter explaining your technical experience and interest in the role
