Retail Sales Associate | Part Time

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa

The Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for giving the highest guest service, maintaining Cedar Soul in an appealing manner, and creating a positive atmosphere while dealing with customers and fellow associates.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and customers.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Micros POS system (Sales of Merchandise).

Maintain working knowledge of items available and resort amenities and events to guests.

Render professional advice, opinions, assistance, and services as required.

Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.

Assist in presentation of gift shop.

Assist with any inventory counts.

Maintain and balance daily cash register.

Display conduct in an appropriate manner at all times in accordance with the Omni Hotels.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to stand and stoop for duration of a shift.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Must maintain knowledge of property and surrounding area.
