As the Production Cake Assembler, you'll bring delicious desserts to life in our specialized manufacturing facility. Youll craft mouthwatering cheesecakes and layered cakes for over 200 The Cheesecake Factory restaurants, as well as external clients.

Depositing:

• Crafting the Foundation: Set the stage for deliciousness by preparing pans and inserts with precision according to our trusted recipes.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure each cake's success by delicately adding crumbs and batter into pans, following the baking instructions tailored for each mouthwatering creation.
• Mixing Magic: Be the wizard behind the scenes, double-checking that all extra ingredients are harmoniously mixed in, dancing to the tune of each unique recipe.
  

Topping:

• Layer by Layer: Set up cake layers with care and expertise, following the guidelines for each cake type.
• Sweet Symphony: Get ready for the grand finale by taking cakes out of the pans, removing liners and collars, and following the topping instructions for each cake.
• Icing Artistry: Utilize state-of-the-art depositing machines to add icing and spread it with finesse, fixing any little cracks that may have appeared during baking.
• Pallet Stacking Mastery: Conclude the process by skillfully stacking the cakes on pallets, ensuring each creation is ready to delight taste buds.
  

Finishing:

• Creative Flourish: Join the final act, finishing and decorating cakes on the production line, following the unique guidelines for each cake type.
• Artisan Touch: Prepare cakes for their grand debut by removing them from pans, taking off liners and collars, and expertly replacing cake circles.
• Icing Elegance: Become a cake artist, applying icing on the top and sides of each cake, following the specifications for each delicious masterpiece.
• Sensory Delight: Elevate cakes with side crunch and decorative toppings, tailored to each cake's personality.
• Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards by repairing or replacing slices when necessary, applying shipping collars, and expertly wrapping each cake.
• Final Presentation: Be the last touch of perfection, expertly packing and boxing cakes, ready to embark on their journey to delight The Cheesecake Factory fans around the world.
  

What we require:

• Must have 6 months of previous manufacturing experience.
• Embrace the adventure of working in various temperatures, from warm to chilly and sometimes cold.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Welcome flexibility if we need you to stay a bit longer, you're up for it
• Ability to comfortably lift items weighing more than 10 pounds.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions in English.
