JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: Mountain Home, AR Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours On-Call Shift Schedule: 1:3 call rotation Call Type: Shared hospital call FACILITY INFORMATION Onsite Equipment: - 3 Ultrasound Machines - Non-Stress Test (NST) - Colposcope OB Department: - 2024 Deliveries: 650 - Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians - 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage Surgical Technology: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems TEAM INFORMATION Current Team: 2 OB/GYN physicians on staff PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity Bonuses: Commencement bonus included Relocation: Assistance provided Education Stipend: Available, if applicable Loan Repayment: - Eligible for Arkansas Community Match Rural Practice Incentive (if eligible) - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Insurance: - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance - Professional Liability Insurance Retirement Plan: Included Paid Time Off: - 27 Days PTO - 5 Days CME - CME Allowance included JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates Other Qualifications: - Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach - Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries Participate in 1:3 shared hospital call Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
