Our team of 150+ professionals has delivered over 900 custom web and mobile solutions for sectors including fintech, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and other clients worldwide. We are looking for a Business Analyst who'll join our talented BA Team and support us in projects and estimates at Monterail.

What You'll Do:

  • Requirements Analysis & Specification: Actively gathering, refining, and defining clients' business/functional requirements and creating comprehensive analytical and project documentation.
  • Client Relations: Ongoing contact with clients to identify their needs and support the successful execution of projects.
  • Cross-functional Cooperation: Close collaboration with the development/production teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in project activities.
  • Support the Sales Team: During the pre-sales phase, including initial project scoping, solution conceptualization and proposal input.
  • Project Governance: Participation in project budgeting, optimizing activities based on data analysis, and striving to achieve the company's operational goals.
