The Scrum Master role is responsible for facilitating and championing the agile software development process by managing sprints, facilitating communication, coaching and mentoring development teams, identifying and eliminating impediments, and promoting the use of standards and best practices. Ensures smooth operation of agile processes and activities by facilitating scrum ceremonies and maintaining scrum artifacts. Manages other hybrid project activities as needed. Performs in a highly visible role and interfaces with management and all levels of the organization. Builds and continuously develops relationships with all levels of the organization and vendors to increase operational capability. Professionalism and diplomacy to gain trust is critical to the success of the position. This is a corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $67,770.67 per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. WA Applicants ONLY range: $73,817.63 to $110,726.44 a year.
