Product Manager Payments Domain

Location: NYC, NY (Day-1 Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Payments domain expertise to join our team in New York. This role requires hands?on product development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross?functional teams in a fast?paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the full product development lifecyclefrom ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
  • Write clear requirements, epics, and user stories to guide development and support sprint planning & grooming.
  • Maintain the product roadmap and prioritized backlog aligned with the product vision.
  • Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the overall product experience.
  • Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to define strategic roadmap initiatives.
  • Provide insights on product features that deliver customer value.
Required Skills
  • Wireframing to support product development and sprint activities.
  • Prototyping, planning, and grooming using tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
  • Experience with MVP (Minimum Viable Product) design.
  • Strong stakeholder management and articulation skills.
  • Good PowerPoint presentation abilities.
  • Experience in FinTech or SaaS product company.
  • Project experience with Payments, Credit Cards, and ACH.
  • Experience in large organizations with structured governance & reporting processes.
Additional Required Skills
  • Ability to work as a functional Product Manager for assigned workstream.
  • Create detailed requirements including epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate with 12 scrum teams during development phase.
  • Attend scrum ceremonies, clarify requirements, and resolve team queries.
  • Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to remove blockers.
  • Drive development progress and ensure successful feature delivery.
