They're a well-established manufacturer and distributor of paper & printing products, office accessories, portable power and sustainable packaging products.

What You'll Do

Lead product development from initial concept through production and launch. Collaborate with design, sourcing, and operations to build packaging, specs, and marketing-ready assets. Research trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and guide new product ideas. Work with domestic and international manufacturing partners on samples, testing, and approvals. Monitor product performance after launch and recommend enhancements or line extensions. Maintain documentation for compliance, sustainability, and retailer requirements (FSC, SFI, UL, etc.). Support marketing and e-commerce with product positioning and readiness for retail channels. Share updates, timelines, and KPIs with cross-functional teams. Perform additional tasks as needed to support product success.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years managing physical products in consumer goods, packaging, or manufacturing. Experience taking products from concept through production, commercialization, and post-launch refinement. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (marketing, design, operations). Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Desired Skills

Experience working with major retailers or e-commerce platforms (Walmart, Amazon, Staples, etc.). Knowledge of sustainability and compliance programs (FSC, SFI, recycled content, UL). Understanding of manufacturing processes, sourcing, and packaging development. Creative problem-solver who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
