As a Frontier Sales Associate, you are the vital link between Frontier’s innovative services and eager customers in Pomona. In this full-time role, you’ll engage directly with customers in local communities, presenting high-speed internet, digital TV, and Voice services. Build rapport, assess needs, and close deals, launching a lucrative direct sales career. Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Associate : Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the benefits and competitive edge of Frontier’s fiber internet, TV, and voice services. Assess customer connectivity needs and preferences, then recommend tailored Frontier solutions for optimal value and cost-effectiveness. Consistently meet and exceed demanding weekly and monthly sales quotas for new customer acquisitions, demonstrating a relentless drive for results. Confidently lead prospects through the sales process, addressing objections and closing deals while ensuring a positive customer experience. Strategically plan and manage your assigned sales territory to maximize customer contact, identify high-potential areas, and optimize your daily sales activities. Stay continuously informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments, providing valuable insights to sales management. Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting. Actively engage in all sales meetings, product knowledge sessions, and ongoing training programs to continuously refine your sales techniques and expertise.
