No prior experience requiredjust bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and event attendees
  • Answer questions and share information about our organization, events, and campaigns
  • Support coordination of event logistics including materials, signage, and supplies
  • Help with setup, on-site support, and cleanup of events and outreach activities
  • Assist team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences
  • Track customer engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with the public
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast?paced, team?oriented environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bonus: Experience in customer service, events, hospitality, or volunteer roles
