What Does a Product Delivery Manager Do
As a Product Delivery Manager working within the Americas Product organization, youll play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of Collinsons Client Travel Ecosystem. Partnering with regional clients, you will champion a product and client-led success strategy that drives measurable value and long-term adoption. Youll help scale and mature our Product Delivery functionensuring our strategic clients maximize the value of flagship propositions such as Priority Pass and Lounge Key, along with adoption of key capabilities and features within our PT&D platform and front-end channel experiences.
Our Product Delivery team operates at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Tech, Data & Go-To-Market. Our mission is to build and maintain strategic product partnerships with regional clients that ensure the right solutions are developed, adopted, and sustained. Through proactive client product engagement, we deliver measurable impact, align Product Delivery with long-term client value goals, and build client trust by demonstrating value through data-driven insights.
In this role, you will lead and support strategic client engagements, contribute to shaping and maintaining the client product roadmap, and champion a culture of Product Delivery grounded in insights, clear benefits articulation, and ROI tracking. Youll influence cross-functional teams by bringing the client voice into internal product and tech decision-making. You may coordinate cross-functional initiatives in the Americas region, with accountability for client product impact in collaboration with senior leaders across Product and the wider organization.
What You'll Do
- Drive client product engagement, adoption, and trust through successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the Product Delivery strategy and alignment with the current and future product ecosystem.
- Support product delivery outcomes by aligning with multiple strategic clients to achieve high client health, satisfaction, and successful adoption of our products and capabilities.
- Champion the client voicelisten to client needs (short and long term) and influence roadmaps, feature development, and prioritization across the product lifecycle.
- Support tailored client product roadmaps with Global and Regional functions (Client Success, Product, Commercial, Tech/Data) with clear client goals, milestones, and KPIs aligned to Collinsons product OKRs.
- Support adoption and migration across global clients and ecosystemsassisting with product rollout, education, onboarding, and ongoing optimization for sustained usage and impact.
- Foster cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Operations, Product, Partnership, Tech, and GTM teams; represent client needs up to VP/SVP levels.
- Contribute to product-market fit decisions by evaluating opportunities for desirability, feasibility, and viability within Collinsons roadmap.
- Lead special initiatives, multi-stream projects, cross-functional coordination, and delivery workstreams.
- Support testing and feedback loops, including beta testing, product setup, and hands-on troubleshooting with clients and regional teams.
- Contribute to scaling Product Delivery functions by building repeatable processes for a best-in-class client experience.
Your Experience Likely Includes
- Bi-lingual (US English, and Latin American Spanish) required. Portuguese a plus.
- A strategic operator who balances client needs with long-term product vision.
- Data-driven thinker using insights and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate with purpose.
- Trusted partner to clients, capable of leading engagements, influencing product direction, and representing Collinson at a senior level.
- Strong communicator and facilitator, navigating complex stakeholders and global/regional dynamics.
- Proven results in a Client Success or Product Delivery role within a high-growth or product-led B2B environment.
- Experience with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver product adoption strategies.
- Understanding of Client Product-Led Growth and its impact on sales, retention, and roadmap development.
- Experience with major enterprise clients, partnerships, and/or global platforms in travel, financial services, or related sectors (preferred but not essential).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, product, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with agile delivery models.
- Ability to deliver high-impact experiences across diverse portfolios at scale.
- Comfort working across global/virtual teams with regional nuance.
