  • Must be either Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible and working towards board certification within 3 years
  • Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred
  • Provider will work in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
  • 4-day work week with 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR
  • 20-25 patients per day in the clinic, with 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups
  • EPIC documentation system/EMR
  • Quick start is preferred
  • Open to new graduates through 2025, expected to become Board Certified within 3 years
  • Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
  • Not accepting visa candidates
  • Not open to Locum candidates
  • Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job/s
  • Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules
  • Not open to 1099 candidates
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards Board Certification within 3 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
Additional training in Otology or Laryngology (note in "Experience" field) - PREFERRED Available to start before December 2024 - PREFERRED Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
