Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for Resonetics building equipment and facilities. Additional areas of focus include records keeping, basic troubleshooting, procedural recommendations, supervision of subcontractors performing work on the premises, hazardous waste oversight, assisting with projects for EHS compliance, and housekeeping. This is a hands-on position.
This position is for our 2nd shift team. 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm.
Responsibilities- Manage basic building repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee contractors as necessary.
- Hazardous waste management as assigned.
- Environment Health and Safety activities as assigned.
- Conduct routine inspections of facility and equipment
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum high school education
- 1-2 years experience in facilities maintenance support role.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a small, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated flexibility and reliability.
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $31.00-35.00/hr.
