Position Details
  • Role: Experienced or Licensed Veterinary Technician
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience
  • Schedule: Shifts may include opening (8 am 4 pm) or closing (11 am 7 pm) positions and alternating weekends (currently 8 am 4 pm on Saturdays).

Responsibilities
  • Assisting doctors in appointments
  • Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
  • Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
  • Experience with anesthesia monitoring
  • Care for hospitalized and surgical patients including IV catheter placement
  • Diagnostics including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and in?house lab work
  • Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff.
  • Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions.
