Work Schedule: In Office: Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30 pm (30 mins lunch break)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Work Site Location: Simi Valley, CA
Job ObjectiveMCC has extensive experience in manufacturing and delivering high-quality semiconductor products, with a broad marketing and sales network across China, Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk.
What You Will Do- Enter G/L accounts posting and process outgoing payments into the SAP accounting system.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable; verify and post accounts payable invoices.
- Review, audit, and process employee expense reimbursements, verifying accuracy and policy adherence.
- Maintain accounting department files and records.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
- Assist with special accounting projects as needed.

- High school diploma or GED, with one-year relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge of 10-key by touch.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts; understanding of basic algebra.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
