Maintenance Mechanic

The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for daily inspections, lubrication, basic operation, and general upkeep of construction equipment. This role supports jobsite productivity by ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily inspections on heavy equipment to identify needed repairs or adjustments.
- Conduct daily lubrication, oiling, and greasing of equipment.
- Assist with minor repairs and report major mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Operate equipment as needed to support jobsite activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate equipment needs or potential issues promptly to leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing heavy equipment.
- Basic experience operating various types of construction equipment is required.
- Willing and able to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings (including but not limited to drug screen and background check).
