Lakewood Country Club is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance Department. We are in search of a hardworking, punctual, and committed individual. The role requires availability for rotating weekend shifts. Our full-time positions offer an exceptional benefits package, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

The primary directives of our Facility Maintenance Technicians are as follows:

  • Implements the requirements of the preventive maintenance program.
  • Tours Club property daily informing his supervisor of any maintenance needs.
  • Maintains and makes general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, electrical system, carpentry, kitchen equipment, heating and ventilation and all building structures of the Club.
  • Maintains the air conditioning, refrigeration, and ice machines.
  • Ensure all tools and maintenance related supplies are accounted for and put away in their proper place at the end of each day.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by department head and assists other departments as assigned by department head.
  • Maintains maintenance shop in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies.

Attention to Detail: Our work often extends beyond standard facility maintenance. Paying attention to the finer details significantly enhances the quality of our services and facilities.

Positivity: We occasionally work long hours under challenging conditions. The ability to adapt and pivot as needed is crucial. We seek individuals with a positive outlook; those with a negative disposition need not apply.

Coachable: Our processes are unique and require a willingness to learn. Being open to coaching and eager to understand our methods is vital.

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or GED required.
