Job Summary: This role requires independent assembly, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with mentoring responsibilities for Level 1 technicians.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Assemble complex prototype components and subassemblies with minimum supervision.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, identifying root causes.
- Perform advanced quality checks and tests on assembled prototypes.
- Collaborate and provide feedback to engineering teams.
- Assist with training Level 1 technicians.
- Work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- 2-5 years of experience in manual assembly.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
- Advanced problem?solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
