TitleSenior Product Manager
Company SummaryPrivately held manufacturer delivering engineered equipment and systems for industrial use. Known for in-house design, fabrication, and machining, the company builds durable, custom solutions that support complex operations across multiple sectors. This role will drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a high?performing team in delivering best?in?class projects.
Responsibilities- Leading a territory focused on industrial and municipal customers and managing a team of Sales and Application Engineering professionals.
- Driving territory sales strategies, managing opportunities in CRM, and reporting key metrics to ensure profitable growth.
- Managing relationships with third?party representatives and leading sales and application engineering for system, standard product, and aftermarket opportunities.
- Collaborating across teams to deliver projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence.
- Partnering with stakeholders to execute product portfolio strategies and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial machinery.
- Demonstrate expertise in technical sales, including selling through independent rep networks, bidding municipal projects, and estimating mechanical equipment.
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willing to travel nationally up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and meetings, while conducting business ethically and professionally at all times.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience.
