About the Role Insight Global is seeking a Prior Authorization Specialist to help make specialty medications more accessible and affordable. This is an onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA, where you’ll collaborate with specialty care clinics and our internal team to enhance the pharmacy experience for rheumatology patients. The majority of each day will consist of completing prior authorizations for specialty medications and helping process claims. Key Responsibilities Primarily completing end to end prior authorizations for specialty meds and process pharmacy claims Support patients by answering questions and resolving issues Other possible responsibilities: Secure financial assistance for patients Serve as a liaison among patients, providers, and pharmacists Qualifications Specialty clinic experience or knowledge of specialty meds in autoimmune Full-cycle prior authorization experience Pay between $22-30/hr
