Project Manager

Woodlane is growing and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management and Sales Department. This role is responsible for guiding projects from contract through close?out while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring exceptional project execution.
Qualifications- Experience in commercial or residential construction; familiarity with millwork or casework preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specification documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks
- Ability to learn new software as needed
- Experience in AutoCAD or similar drafting programs is a plus but not required
- Collaborate cross?functionally with sales, production, installation, purchasing, accounting, vendors, contractors, and clients
- Manage project documentation by reviewing and approving drawings, finish samples, purchase orders, and estimates for accuracy and scope alignment
- Monitor schedules to ensure on?time installation
- Accurately measure and translate field dimensions and site conditions
- Ensure quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Complete and submit monthly applications for payment
Reports to: Senior Project Manager
Pay: Commensurate with experience
