Warehouse Inventory Controller

Objective: This position will serve as the Warehouse Inventory Controller for Clark Beverage Group, Inc. This inventory controller position will support the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor through the management of inventory (inbound scheduling, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, dunnage scheduling, and any other inventory process or procedures that are developed as a continuous improvement). In addition to various administrative tasks and other duties as deemed necessary to deliver the companys goals.

Job Description: As the WIC, this position will report directly to the local Warehouse Manager and coordinate collectively with them to support the execution of the budget. As the WIC you will be responsible for all inventory management procedures within your warehouse. That will include all inbound scheduling, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, dunnage scheduling, and any other inventory process or procedures that are developed as a continuous improvement. Additionally, you are responsible for all communication to your fellow team members and supporting the business through warehouse processes and procedures.

As Clark Beverage Group Inc, represents multiple geographic locations within its territory, some travel may be required for meetings and or training.

Key Skills: Familiarity with a sales and distribution organization, the ability to influence, coaching, attention to detail, relationship building skills (wiring) to include networking with other people within the organization and associated vendors. Strong verbal and written communication skills, Multi-tasking and time management, Collaboration for value, Proficiency with EoStar, Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer skills.

** This role may or may not be inclusive of managing and selling both Coca-Cola products and Molson Coors brands.
