Service Solutions Specialist

Full-Time | Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia Beach

About the Role

At Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia Beach, were more than pipes and drains were in the business of people. As a Service Solutions Specialist, youll be the first voice and lasting impression our customers experience. From answering calls to scheduling appointments to recommending the best solutions, your goal is to help homeowners feel confident, cared for, and fully taken care of.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and loves wearing multiple hats part problem-solver, part scheduler, part product expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • ???? Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional tone; understand the customers needs and offer immediate support or guidance
  • ????? Service Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and manage service appointments for both residential and commercial customers, including maintenance plan visits
  • ???? Inside Sales: Identify upsell opportunities, present service packages, and educate customers on available products such as smart leak detectors, water filtration systems, or maintenance memberships
  • ???? Outbound Calls: Follow up with customers on estimates, post-service satisfaction, and maintenance reminders
  • ???? Marketing Support: Assist with seasonal campaigns, email/SMS follow-ups, review requests, and light social media or CRM support
  • ???? Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in CRM, process service agreements, assist with daily office admin operations as needed
Youre a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 3-5 years of customer service, dispatch, or inside sales experience
  • Thrive in a fast-moving office with phones ringing and schedules shifting
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling/CRM platforms (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Love creating solutions and taking ownership of a great customer experience
  • Are detail?oriented, organized, and can multitask with a smile
