We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to become part of a premier provider of neonatal services in Hollywood, Florida. This facility boasts a large Level IV NICU and covers multiple hospitals, offering you the opportunity to work alongside a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals committed to providing exceptional care to our smallest patients. Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care in a Level IV NICU environment, managing a range of complex neonatal cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for neonates.
- Participate in rotating shifts across three hospitals, within a short driving distance to enhance flexibility.
- Utilize advanced technology and best practices to deliver top-tier neonatal care.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge relevant to neonatology and participate in ongoing education.
- Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing.
- Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted).
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a neonatal setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Florida RN License or willingness to obtain.
- DEA certification must be obtained prior to start.
