Job Responsibilities
  • Apply practical Security principles and AI-native strategies to technical design and development
  • Architect and own AI-native workflows for the Data Security team
  • Lead large-scale projects that enforce Security & Privacy standards
  • Design and implement secure customer data governance frameworks
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior team members
Qualifications
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong understanding of software development, CAP theorem, and system design tradeoffs
  • Experience with Authentication & Authorization and Data Security & Privacy best practices
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering high-quality software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to convert business problems into technical deliverables
  • Experience leading small teams on multi-quarter projects or initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and articulate business tradeoffs effectively
