Overview Of RoleThe Project Manager will primarily focus on practice?related servicesmanaging the delivery of all project management serviceswhile also supporting internal business operations such as business development, financial management, and staff development. The role carries significant independent responsibility for assignments, including entire projects or project portions, as determined by the project lead or office manager. The Project Manager must identify opportunities within a project that add value and help achieve the clients desired outcomes.

Essential Functions- Manage the client and project team, delivering projects that meet client goals and outcomes.
- Serve as liaison with clients and assist with all project?related decisions.
- Plan, organize, and direct project management functions through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, and Closeout.
- Preconstruction: build the A&E team, manage design, schedule, constructability review, budget development, cost control, contract administration, construction bidding, and permitting strategy.
- Construction: manage contractor procurement, risk management, quality assurance, safety, and overall project execution while maintaining budget and schedule control.
- Closeout: manage the project closeout process to meet specifications.
- Produce cost and status reports aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and mentor an internal team of project support staff or work independently.
- Contribute to team performance through collaboration and effective communication.
- Understand client desired outcomes and identify opportunities to add value.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 510 years of experience managing diverse building types through all construction phases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem?solving, numeracy, and financial management abilities.
- Ability to write clear, precise reports and convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- Work predominantly in an indoor office environment using computers and standard office equipment.
- Occasional on?site visits requiring use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and other equipment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Tasks may include sitting, standing for long periods, walking, carrying, pushing, stooping, crouching, and pulling.
