We are seeking a Solution Strategist (Product Manager) to help develop the next evolution of our Care Administration suite freeing up clinical and operational teams to focus more on care rather than administrative burden. This role is ideal for a product management professional who thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and innovation. You will shape product strategy, translate market and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. While experience in healthcare and RCM is highly valued, we welcome candidates with strong product management expertise who are eager to learn the RCM domain. A passion for exploring emerging technologiessuch as AIand the ability to ask insightful questions to uncover real needs will set you apart. You'll operate in a matrix environment, engaging with internal stakeholders and clients, tailoring solutions to diverse needs, and driving differentiation in the market. Responsibilities- Incorporate requirements for current and future solution development by conducting internal and external stakeholder, client, competitive analysis and market research.
- Conceptualize, prioritize, and write succinct requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for one or more of our solutions.
- Communicate solution strategy, plans and roadmaps to key stakeholders utilizing solution management tools and processes
- Work closely with Engineering to manage solution roadmap and scope through detailed requirements and prototypes in a timely and cost-effective manner based upon a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Marketing in development of go-to-market and demand generation strategies including feature descriptions, sales demos, solution training and new release content.
- Promote innovation and differentiation from competition by collecting quantitative solution data(utilization analytics and user engagement tools)and metrics through market research or competitive analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
- At least 3 years of healthcare software consulting, information technology or solution functionality equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of software related project experience.
- Results-driven with great communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with software features and functions through reading and applying or writing requirements.
- Experience managing communication and relationships with clients
- Ability to research, analyze and prioritize functionality and requirements.
