Job DescriptionProject Management: Manage 5+ concurrent projects ranging from $1M to $10M, with occasional projects up to $25M.
Schedule Management: Oversee field operations and office coordination, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits across North Jersey and NYC (project assignments consider proximity to home).
Team Leadership: Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Documentation: Utilize Procore for project documentation and tracking (experience preferred).
Client Facing: Uphold high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant5-25+ years of experience in construction project management.
Background in general contracting is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communicator with a proactive and mature approach.
Tenacious, dependable, and driven to contribute meaningfully to the company's growth.
Procore experience is a major plus.
No estimating or preconstruction experience required.
