Job DescriptionAssist with day-to-day operations of the department, including providing support for productions, managing the box office, and front-of-house duties for the theatrical season.
Minimum QualificationsCandidates must be enrolled in a graduate program at the University of La Verne and demonstrate familiarity with theatre publicity tools and techniques, such as computer software, video, or programming, supported by a recommendation letter speaking to character and experience.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working on multiple theatre productions, with skills in graphics, writing, and video production demonstrated through a portfolio or recommendation letter. The position requires patience, humor, and a genuine desire to support others in theatre production, fostering diversity, community, and lifelong learning.
Work ScheduleFlexible hours on weekdays, some evenings and weekends. Attendance at weekly production meetings is preferred.
