Vice President of Care Management/MI Choice Compliance Officer

Position oversees all contract functions for local, state and federally funded Care Management and MI Choice Medicaid Waiver Programs including the implementation of all Michigan Department of Health and Human Services performance criteria and internal standards. Other responsibilities include managing staff; monitoring expenditures for all funding sources to ensure contractual and budgetary compliance in conjunction with finance and care management systems staff. Will represent the organization at regular meetings with MDHHS. The VP position is part of the AAAWM Leadership Team.

Requirements: A Bachelors degree in Social Service or related field, 5 years of management experience, and strong communication skills. Masters degree in Social Work or Public Administration preferred.

Term: Full time 40-hour position, with a combination of office and remote based work, with holidays and weekends off. The agency encourages work-life harmony for its employees with flexible hours, 12 paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick leave.

Compensation: Annual starting salary range $100,000 to $105,000. Benefits include family health benefits, flexible spending accounts, 10% retirement contribution, employer paid life and disability plans.
