As a Product Manager I Store Replenishment Platform, you'll deliver products that ensure a compelling digital experience for our retail customers or help arm H-E-B partners company-wide with world-class business applications to thrive in their jobs. Digital Product Management- Cooperate cross-functional teams of partners/suppliers and work independently with general supervision.
- Build subject matter expertise and serve as internal consultant.
- Support execution of solutions, and frequently elevate issues to make the right decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders company-wide to understand and document business, customer, and user needs end-to-end.
- Assist in building and maintaining product roadmaps.
- Access, organize, and support data analyses to understand financial and user impact of business opportunities and proposed solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders, product managers, design, and engineering partners to drive the entire technology lifecycle of the product (conception, user research, design and prototyping, development, pilot, launch, measurement, iteration).
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision.
- Apply understanding of and execute against features prioritization defined by product leadership and business stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly to keep the team on task and on time.
- Manage processes, identify critical team issues, and elevate issues for resolution.
- Support management of reporting metrics to identify product team successes and failures.
- Maintain product backlog and author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
- 0+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product frameworks and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Analytical skills.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to leverage data to tell a meaningful story.
- Ability to break down problems into components and reassemble them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to understand and develop business acumen of an enterprise organization.
