This position supports patients in Naperville, IL and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
Current drivers license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
