Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives***Heres what youll be doing:*** Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment* Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary* Audit freight bills against freight manifests* Answer all vendor inquiries* Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted* Prepare accounts payable checks* Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files* Prepare analysis of accounts, as required* Assist in monthly closings* Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary* Other duties as assigned**Heres what youll need:*** 1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver* Advanced computer skills* High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred**We are an Equal Opportunity Employer**(( We Hear You ))
