Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cornelius, North Carolina. This is an on-site, contract-to-permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to support a large volume of facilities while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills when interacting with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to routine inquiries from customers and troubleshoot facility-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Offer guidance to customers navigating e-commerce platforms and assist with transaction-related questions.
- Manage escalated situations calmly and empathetically, providing solutions to distressed or frustrated callers.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to resolve prior inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record and update all customer interactions and case progress accurately within internal systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce customer support, demonstrating strong digital troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Mac OS and ability to work confidently within a tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with online customer service systems, including SaaS or digital services.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when handling challenging or emotionally charged customer situations.
- Prior experience in high-volume customer service settings is preferred.
- Previous hybrid work experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of facility-based businesses is a bonus but not required.
