Job DescriptionAssist in the management and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion. Work closely with project teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Support the project manager in risk management and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Assistant Project Manager should have experience in commercial construction. A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
