Our Receptionist position is an entry level position. This is a great opportunity to start your career and learn about the cannabis industry.

Summary
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multi-tasking andstress management skillsare essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
  • Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
  • Accurate and timely data entry of patient and/or customer profiles.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications
  • Working knowledge of medical and retail products.
  • Tracking where our guests are coming fromhow they found us.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Helps facilitate the flow of traffic within Planet 13.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
