Shipping/Inventory Clerk

Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM (OT available on weekdays & Saturdays)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Shipping & Inventory Clerk to support our warehouse operations. In this hybrid role, you'll manage inventory accuracy, troubleshoot shipping/receiving issues, and collaborate across departments to keep materials flowing efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory systems and user interfaces
• Correct errors during receiving, picking, and shipping processes
• Document discrepancies and communicate with teams to resolve issues
• Use websites and portals to complete shipping transactions
• Generate cycle count lists and track outbound shipments
• Coordinate truck pickups/drop-offs and support production flow

What You Bring

• 612 months of warehouse/inventory experience or solid work history
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer use
• Familiarity with FedEx, SAP, RF scanners, and auditing processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.35 - $21.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
