Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Were looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer who loves solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and shaping the foundation of powerful software. Youll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that values curiosity, clean code, and continuous learning. What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain secure, high-performance back-end systems that support enterprise-scale applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end, product, and DevOps teams to bring ideas from concept to production.
  • Own the full lifecycle of features from architecture and design to testing and release.
  • Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
  • Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor other engineers.
  • Document architecture, workflows, and technical decisions in a clear, simple way.
  • Explore new tools and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to improve our stack and processes.

What You Bring

  • Strong background in relational databases (SQL Server or similar).
  • Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and modern software architecture.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs and microservices.
  • Great communicator who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge.
  • Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end and make things happen.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
  • Exposure to Agile environments or product-focused teams.
  • Passion for clean design, thoughtful architecture, and helping others grow.
