Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Efficiently enter, verify, and manage complex data sets with high accuracy.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee measures to maintain data integrity, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports, perform basic data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Train and support junior data entry staff, ensuring adherence to data entry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in data entry.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve any technical issues related to data entry systems.
- Expertise: High typing speed and accuracy with expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with data entry software and databases.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to generate reports and perform basic data analysis.
