About the Role

The Product Manager plays a critical role in defining and delivering product capabilities within Detechtions Compression framework and related product lines. This is a mid-level role designed for experienced product professionals who can bridge market strategy and technical execution.

You will work closely with customers, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to translate strategy into actionable product roadmaps and high-impact features. Youll ensure our products solve real customer problems, deliver measurable value, and differentiate us in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into detailed business and technical requirements that guide engineering and design teams.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate solutions, and prioritize enhancements that drive value.
• Partner with leadership on product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to inform roadmap planning and iteration.
• Support launches and enablement by equipping cross-functional teams with product knowledge and insights.
  

Technical & Execution

• Define and maintain clear product roadmaps and release plans aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver features that meet business and customer needs.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with strategy.
• Translate complex customer and market problems into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and validate functionality during development and post-launch.
• Act as the product expert and champion internally, bridging the gap between market needs and technical implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product owner experience, preferably in SaaS, IIoT, or industrial technology solutions.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or related industrial automation fields is an asset.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong technical acumen with experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering products from concept to market.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
