Administrative Customer Service Specialist

This is an international company that needs to hire a new Associate who has prior office experience, customer service, and computer skills. Responsibilities will involve using your Word and Excel skills to create documents such as purchase orders, contracts and other documents related to a customers request. Prepare new production orders, keeping the team updated on progress. Confirm that products were delivered to customers on time. They need a person who has prior administrative experience dealing with the public: a professional, friendly demeanor and a "happy to help" attitude. Excel skills are needed; knowledge of SAP is helpful but not required. Because there is interaction cross-functionally and with customers you will need above?average communication skill sets. They are offering a full package of benefits that include annual bonuses. They have 3000+ employees scattered throughout the country. At this location there are 200+ employees. Administrative Assistant

Nationally known and respected consulting firm looking to hire a new Client Associate who will provide administrative support to Client Custodians. Responsibilities will involve creating organized and well?written correspondence to clients, firm members, custodians, process and track account contributions and distributions, maintain client records in an accurate fashion, build trusted relationships with clients and teammates and other administrative tasks as assigned. They are looking for someone who is self?motivated and excited to go above and beyond to assist with internal and external needs, high level of accuracy, passion for details, and ability to multi?task in a fast?paced environment. Solid skills with both Word and Excel. Any experience working in banking or finance as an administrative aide is a plus. College education preferred.
