The posted compensation range of $33.60 - $48.73 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
ResponsibilitiesDevelops strategies, coordinates day to day operations, and evaluates impact of the services provided on patients referred to the program. Works with inter professional team to facilitate overall programmatic growth. Works on program management and professional business development, physician relations and management of both internal and external activities. Supports efforts through analysis, assessment, and in coordination with the overall hospital business plan, and in conjunction with department director. Develops and maintains the Trauma Injury Registry. Develops and implements the policies and procedures for the Trauma Service. Develops and implements a trauma education program for all individuals involved in trauma care at CHI St Luke's Sugar Land Hospital. Develops and implements the Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Program for the Trauma Service. Conducts monthly meetings with the Trauma Service Committees. Acts as a liaison for CHI St Luke's Sugar Land Hospital with the community and regional EMS providers Participates in a leadership role in emergency management
QualificationsRequired:
Registered Nurse: Three (3) years of experience in specific program area
RN License
BLS within 14 days
ACLS within 6 months
PALS within 6 months
