Join our healthcare team and make a difference in emergency care ER RN Job Details Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Location: Milton, Massachusetts 02186 (Greater Boston area) Contract Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Start Date: November 25, 2025 End Date: February 21, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:00am) Hours per Week: 36 Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call) Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2470 - $2540 ER Nurse Qualifications Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; TNCC required; PALS or ENPC preferred Must pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication competency tests (one attempt, 85% minimum score) No local travelers (must reside 50 miles from facility) Must be available for the specified start date; no holiday time off approved around Christmas All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at application Not eligible if employed at Beth Israel Lahey Health as permanent staff within the past year ER RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department Perform rapid assessments and interventions for acute and emergent conditions Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care accurately Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal outcomes Respond to trauma, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Discover the benefits of Massachusetts travel nursing jobs in Milton—a welcoming community with scenic parks and easy access to Boston.
