FULL-TIME, IN OFFICE ONLY Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a full time Workforce and Compliance Coordinator in support of our site management team at our r . This dynamic role support key functions such as HR, safety, training and compliance, ensuring smooth staffing operations while helping to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Benefits for Workforce and Compliance Coordinator · Full Time job with annual salary range of $65k to $70k/year (DOE) · You’ll have opportunities to stay and move up the ladder. · Chance to work on meaningful initiatives Responsibilities of the Workforce and Compliance Coordinator · Compliance Oversight: Ensure facilities remain compliant with California state laws (including OSHA, CAL/OSHA), HR practices and safety regulations · Safety Coordination: Collaborate with safety teams to conduct safety audits, track incident reports, and assist in the implementation of corrective actions · Training & Audit: Assist with safety training programs and ensure the team is audit-ready at all times · HR Support: Assist with performance tracking and compliance measures · Document & Records Management: Maintain safety training records and binders to ensure 100% compliance and ensure accuracy in all data entry software · Field Collaboration & Support: Travel up to 60% may be required for the role to various facilities to assess operations, collaborate with field managers, and ensure adherence to compliance standards per State and Federal guidelines. Requirements of the Workforce and Compliance Coordinator · Proficiency in MS office and workplace technology · Strong organizational and communication skills · Knowledge of HR processes and a commitment to ethical practices · Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-oriented · Experience or interest in safety/compliance processes required · Ability to travel up to 60% · Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment · Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
