Reporting to the Executive Chef, we need skilled Cooks for event and catering settings.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in catering, restaurants or private events.
- Experience handling high-volume service.
- Strong knife skills
- Knowledge of large-scale cooking for meats, seafood, vegetables, etc.
- Ability to self-report to locations in NYC
- Comfortable standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Other kitchen positions are available (Prep Cook, Line Cook, etc.) for candidates with less experience.
