Join a dynamic consulting firm that values collaboration, safety, and professional growth. We are seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager in the New Jersey/New York area.

Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr $85,000.00/yr

Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 15 years in architecture or engineering design.
  • Certifications: OSHA 10, and professional credentials such as RA, PE, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, RICS preferred.
  • Skills: Client management, time management, Microsoft Office/Excel, technical writing, CAD/BIM, construction scheduling.
  • Other: Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, English proficiency, ability to travel ~15% of time.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects within budgets and deadlines.
  • Manage day?to?day project operations, including scope, budget, and status reporting.
  • Review deliverables, ensure compliance with contracts and Hillmann protocol.
  • Track and report hours, manage project budget, and facilitate team and client meetings.
  • Communicate project information to clients, team, and leadership; deliver presentations.
  • Develop client relationships, identify opportunities for new projects, and maintain satisfaction.
