divh2Paid Search Specialist/h2pThe Paid Search Specialist is a role primarily responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, and supporting planning for paid search programs. This position should have an understanding of the program strategy and objectives to ensure a flawless execution and reporting approach that aligns with campaign goals and objectives./ppThis position accurately executes programs while closely monitoring campaigns and delivering reporting that aligns with and accomplishes our clients goals and objectives. Ad Operations is not a part of this role, and candidates with only AdOps experience (even if it included Search) do not meet our criteria./ppThe starting rate for this role is 7 USD per hour. Please note that the final rate will depend on your skills and experience./ppstrongJob Responsibilities/strong/pollistrongCampaign Execution and Management:/strong/liulliIndependently execute paid search programs through all stages, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting./liliOversee the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)./liliOptimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and adjustment of keywords, ad copy, and landing pages./li/ullistrongMonitoring and Reporting:/strong/liulliClosely monitor paid search campaigns, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance./liliDeliver accurate and insightful reporting that aligns with and achieves our clients goals and objectives./li/ullistrongStrategy Alignment:/strong/liulliUnderstand the program strategy and objectives to ensure alignment with execution and reporting approaches./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning for paid search programs./li/ullistrongAd Operations Exclusion:/strong/liulliThis role does not involve Ad Operations responsibilities, and candidates with only AdOps experience, even if including Search, will not meet our criteria./li/ul/ol/div
