Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Worksite Location: 11800 Weston Parkway, Cary, North Carolina, 27513, United States
Work Location Type: Onsite for the first 90 days
Hybrid option available afterward (2 days in office, 3 days at home), based on attendance and performance
Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve in real time, and experience handling high-volume inbound calls. You'll support customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer questions or concerns
Apply basic problem-solving skills to identify solutions quickly
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Meet performance, attendance, and quality standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic problem-solving abilities
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule
Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Cary, NC.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
